Can I place an order online?

Unfortunately not at the moment, however, our website is currently being developed to offer this service to our Customers. To be notified when this happens please sign up to our newsletter or follow us on Facebook or Twitter.

What if I don't have an account?

If you would like to trade with us please contact our customer services team who will be happy to take an order over the phone with credit card payment (minimum order £150) or to help you set up an account.

Can I cancel, change or amend an order?

We will try to help if possible until the time it is shipped. Simply call our Customer Service Team on 01964 508080 and they will happily help if they can. As per our T&C's  orders may not be cancelled or returned without prior agreement

What is your minimum order value?

There is no minimum, however for orders under £150 there will be a £10 carriage charge. All orders over £150 are delivered free of charge.

What if my delivery hasn't arrived?

If your delivery has not arrived when you expected it to please feel free to call us and we will happily track the delivery with the Courier and call you back with an ETA.

What are your opening hours?

Our office is open 8:30am - 6:00pm Monday to Thursday. 8:30am to 5:00pm on Friday.

What is your deadline for 2018 Valentines / Easter orders?

The last date for 2018 Valentines orders is 27th December 2017. The last date for 2018 Easter orders is 31st January 2018.

What is your deadline for Christmas orders?

Unfortunately our deadline for Christmas orders has now passed but please give us a call as we may still have a small amount of residual stock available.
