  • Unfortunately no but our website is currently being developed to offer this service to our Customers
  • What if I don't have an account?
  • If you would like to trade with us please feel free to Contact Us with regards to opening a new account
  • Can I cancel, change or amend an order?
  • We will try to help if possible. Simply call our Customer Service Team on 01964 508080 and they will happily help if they can. As per our T&C's  orders may not be cancelled or returned without prior agreement
  • What is your minimum order Value?
  • There is no minimum, however for orders under £150 there will be a £10 carriage charge. All orders over £150 are delivered free of charge.
  • What Courier Service do you use?
  • Our current Courier Service is Fedex
  • What if my delivery hasn't arrived?
  • If your delivery has not arrived when you expected it to please feel free to call us and we will happily track the delivery with the Courier and call you back with an ETA.
  • What are your opening hours?
  • Our office are open 8:30am - 6:00pm (5:00pm on a Friday).
  • What is your deadline for Valentines / Easter orders?
  • The last date for Valentines orders is 27th December, the last date for Easter is 31st January.
