  • What if I don't have an account?

    You can register online for a proforma account where orders must be paid by credit or debit card for next working day delivery. If you would like a trade credit account please complete our application form, you can request a copy by emailing choc@cremedor.co.uk. The form must be emailed to choc@cremedor.co.uk

  • Can I cancel, change or amend an order?

    We will try to help if possible until the time it is shipped. Simply call our Customer Service Team on 01964 508080 and they will happily help if they can. As per our T&C's orders may not be cancelled or returned without prior agreement.

  • What is your minimum order value?

    There is no minimum, however for orders under £150 there will be a £10 carriage charge. All orders over £150 are delivered free of charge.

Delivery

  • What if my delivery hasn't arrived?

    If your delivery has not arrived when you expected it to please feel free to call us on 01964 508080 and we will happily track the delivery with the Courier and call you back with an ETA.
