We use Parcel Force as our couirer for box shipments and the below represents updates to the service they are providing as well as other useful information.

Customer Notice - Parcelforce Strike Action

The situation with Parcelforce strike action is ever evolving and we are advising customers to expect delays. Where we know about delays we have contingency plans in place with other couriers to try and maintain the next day delivery service but we ask that you give 2-3 days for delivery at this time. 

We can only apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused, and we will provide updates as we are able to.
